I just got back into playing before the update. I got everything done, so I started to working on my achievements been working on "I found that: Botanist VII". I gathered every item in the log book and it still says that I only have 339/340. I am level 85 Botanist . is there a hidden item to gather not in the logbook or something lock behind level 90.

The items gathered at the level 90 nodes that are unlocked by the regional folklore tomes for Endwalker do count towards the log and the achievement(s).

I still have not gotten this achievement I have looked through the log book at less 30 times and everything from level 1 to 90 has a check mark on logging and harvesting I counted 347 items but the achievement still only says 339.

Dose any one have any idea on what i'm missing?

Sounds like you are missing the HIDDEN ONES that arn't listed.

If I recall correctly, some items show up in multiple places in the log, so if you're counting by hand, you might have double counted those.

I'm guessing you're missing something from the regional folklore tomes (a.k.a "timed nodes").

If you've actually looked through all the relevant log entries, you should have come across 380+ possible items (I Found That: Botanist VIII).

EDIT: In the log, in addition to everything in the Lv. 1-5, Lv. 6-10, etc. sections, there are separate Regional Folklore sections for Coerthas, Dravania, etc.
