And if you take into account the many who don't know about this stunt, and those who know but won't follow it, and those that are in either camp and willing to start giving healing a try, that still renders it mute.
I second main healers myself, I'll be healing normally.

Please literally go right ahead that’s one of the core tenants of this
We have already got as many people talking as we can, there is little else we can do, so we are going to enjoy the fun roles and play the good classes (I’ll be on PCT) come DT because we don’t want to heal anymore
If we are infinitesimally small then we are happy in the knowledge we tired something that got people talking and we get to play classes we find fun, if we are bigger than people expect it may disrupt the queues, it people fill those spaces we leave behind they either be up liking healers which benefits our queues as new DPS or they realise we have a point that healers are garbage
That’s the point, we are already done, you filling our spots literally only benefits us
if i stopped playing healer then i wouldnt be able to get all jobs to max level, also if everyone quits healing then that just means more hero in need rewards for me

yep and while your at it keep the quota for the healers who left in your server so your now only able to be healer in everything else at least DF related, enjoy.
Is this thread satire? Is this a joke? Because that's exactly what the people supporting the strike are planning to do. Play something other than healer.

They're not, though. Many are talking about still healing for friends and statics. They talk about still leveling their healer. They are only striking from DF. One of their stated goals is not contributing to healer numbers but using the healer role at all is going to do exactly that. SE is going to look at how many level 100 X healers there are. The one place there may be some recognizable metric for SE to take into consideration is healer being the adventurer in need more often but even that's not a guarantee. There isn't going to be nearly the effect they think if they are willing to undermine their actions that way.
