ffxiv store is offline for more than 14 hours

dear square enix, the online store been down for more than 14 hours, my friends can't buy boosts and story skips to get ready for the expansion, plz fix it

UPDATE: apparently after reading comments from reddit, ffxiv store stopped working in my country kuwait in the middle east for me and all my friends, and my friends had to use a vpn to buy the story skip and other in game items, why squere enix doing this???????

maybe its not SE, but something your countries ISPs have done? Or an issue they are having? I know sometimes my ISP has DNS issues where some websites work but others don't.

man its super weird, all internet providers in kuwait are not opening the ffxiv store website, every other square enix websites are fine, i contacted my internet provider and the customer support didnt know how to fix the issue, i hope square enix can try to help, so far vpn is the only solution to the problem, thank god for that

Same here, I’m from the UAE and the FFXIV store website has been down for me since April this year, contacted support and they suggested I configure my DNS servers but that didn’t fix it, tried contacting ISP but it didn’t work, seems like it’s an issue throughout Middle East countries, I hope it gets fixed soon because VPNs are all blocked here and I really wanted to buy lots of items for Dawntrail

I’m from Oman and yup it’s same problem here
The same problem was exist before dawntrail
They fixed it , but now it’s back

My main character need fantasia cuz i have wasted the free one T.T
