Waiting for duty finder icon on when I'm not queued for duty finder at all

Steps:
1. Leave The Sirensong Sea (level 61 dungeon)
2. Return to The Roost inn room upon leaving duty (once loaded after leaving duty)
3. Waiting for duty finder icon appears, even though I'm not waiting for the duty finder.
4. I'm not sure if it appear before or after I used a retainer (Aeacea name)
