Wondering about game play, movement delays

i looked at the 'recommended' and it's telling me to switch out my processor from an AMD to an Intel.. and a slower one..
and to change my graphics from ATI to NVidia, and a lower quality one.
i don't understand.

lol ignore what it tells you to buy, that usually dead end, you want to see what you have and if you can run it. and i also wanted to see what you have. i knew it was your pc
