    It's your graphic card what is holding you back that's ATI Radeon HD 4200, which is bad, you need a better one and it's a laptop. You barely bought it? you should return it man and get one that meets those requirements. it passed the min requirements but that's barely, for this game you need a little better CPU and GPU "graphic card".

    Oh, then just upgrade graphic card then. Yes, i'm 100% positive it's your video card, that's low card. It has to be stock one. My old laptop has that model which is why i assume it's a laptop.
