    Bookers ruin the experience.

    Title explains it all.
Please, these bookers who buy the classes and book their way up to SHB/EW - are absolutely clueless and do not know what to do

At least, add some sort of minimal requirements of finishing ARR (so you can get some basic understandings of what is what, yes they are that clueless) or certain hours played, in order to purchase both the class boost and MSQ boosts.

The amount of times me and my friends have had to deal with these clueless bookers is absurdly loads.

The point of the MSQ skip is to skip the MSQ. Requiring people to play ARR first or parts of it defeats the purpose of the skip. So no, I don't agree with that part and if people want to MSQ skip they can. It affects nothing job related ultimately since they'll still have to level from the ground up as MSQ skips don't provide job boosts (i.e. I can be a Level 10 Arcanist, buy the ShB skip and I'll still be a Level 10 Arcanist after).

As far as job skips, I don't see an issue with people buying them but I understand that it's annoying to run with people who use them at first, so I think a better alternative would be a forced tutorial that activates when you use the job skip. That way they get a bit of an idea of what they should be doing.

I've seen players who have not used skips who are also bad.

There is also the fact that, even if you force some sort of tutorial on the person, there is no guarantee that they will continue that practice after.

Most of the skip buyers that I've seen were interested in playing their jobs well and spent time practicing. How do you know that the people you ran into skipped in the first place?

Modern MMOs just make it easy to play with people from outside your lane due to randomly grouped queued content or group/party finders. Buying a boost doesn't make someone any better or worse at the game and it's entirely determined by their attitude. Some will read class guides or the tooltips at the very least while others will just throw things onto the hotbar and press buttons without any real thought as to what they're doing. You could maybe make Hall of the Novice a requirement to queue content beyond a certain point. Funnily enough Blizzard tried this once with a similar system to Hall of the Novice being a requirement to queue for random HC dungeons in Mists of Pandaria... which players hated and it caused people to quit.

I can't say I have ever really noticed boosters being problematic. I think maybe I've had like.. one highlevel tank that didn't understand their stance, in many years of playing. Most of the absolute worst players I meet are omni-90's.

I have never run into this issue. Why?

Because there are returning players (who paused playing the MSQ 2-4 years ago) and forgot everything, as well as sprouts who just very casually went through the game at snail's pace not really playing that frequently and repeatedly forgetting everything, and players that just aren't much of a gamer or really the types that are "good" at games (maybe they play for social reasons, for story, to relax after work, rather than to be good).

And now, I find that the class/job simplification makes it less noticeable. Usually someone not playing well is a sprout or a returner. If it's a healer they're usually afraid to DPS (which if you're like me you know you can spam DPS) or they don't know about Esuna (ie. most people don't esuna the Damage Down in Titan HM or the Doom in O4). If it's a tank they're often afraid to double pull, visibly nervous in their movement, poor sprint timings, double mit or no mit, etc.

The only way it's likely to affect you much beside the Esuna thing is if the tank doesn't want to pull much, but personally I just deal with it.

Yep, I just returned after only about a year and I was savage raiding on SCH before leaving, but the first dungeon I did after coming back I kept hitting physick instead of esuna because I forgot which icon was which. Even before leaving, when I played roles I didn't spend a lot of time in after leveling them (or leveled a bit here, a bit there, mostly through solo stuff), I was also still really shaky with them. There's really no way to tell who skipped or not, some people don't even do the skip for ARR but pay zero attention to the plot so have no clue what was happening.
