Please Assist: An error has occurred on the game server.

Hello,

Character Name: Dalei Acai
Server: Excalibur
Problem: server lost position of my character
Cause: Started Fade to White, got cutscene with the mysterious hermit (I'm from gridania if it matters) then had a loading screen that remained loading for 10 mins. It never loaded and game crashed. Every subsequent login has a loading time of 2 mins then fails with error 30002.
Coincidence: read other forum entries for error 30002, seems the merchant ward of uldah is a very popular location(that's where I am)
I Hope: this issue will be resolved; seen other entries for 30002 error getting bumped for 9 thread pages...

Extra Note: Please don't ask for system specs as I'm sure all the information I have read and is accurate in that this log in problem occurs on every computer that tries to log in a character with error 30002. This can be verified tomorrow by my brother who plays in a different state.

Solution: please move character to primary home point or anywhere where it is possible to log in be it the claws of ifrit

I think Excalibur is having a server crash or some system error occuring on the server. I had to reinstal game and I will be seeing if it fixes the problem
