why is uldah so over used?

As title says, just why do they keep putting everything in uldah I mean really? Gold saucer- makes sense but still rdm-sam-reaper almost every event main town focus is in uldah, now the free fantasia and viper... really? really why do we keep over using uldah? When the tree hugger city is almost never used- no story in game on the elementals what so ever. I mean I love limsa best but atleast it has its large use.

Because it's the center of the game.

Ideally they would remove all the job NPC quests that don't have a guild in Uldah and make specific "guild halls" somewhere else in the game. Though in the case of the reaper job, it probably should just have an actual "guild hall", likewise the rogue hall. Both of these basically are "man stands in front of the guild hall not-so-inconspicuously", and are thus not on the map. That also makes it hard to find.

Or if Yoshi-P wants to add new jobs to the game without making it absurdly silly, actually move the initial quests to a "job fair" space in the game so people don't have to figure out where they are.

Uldah is just way more balanced, its main area outside of the aetheryte is never packed full of people like limsa or gridania and it has a super simple layout and lots of space inside and right outside of its gates.

imo gridania is really used way more for events, most of them use its Amphitheatre anyway, especially holiday stuff.

and any job quest regardless of where it starts is gonna take you all around the map anyway, i dont really see anyplace being used more than any other.

MSQ takes you to Ul'dah a lot, and the Waking Sands is a stones throw from it, so players are very likely to be passing through Thanalan a lot.

In lore, Ul'dah is a merchant city that naturally sees a lot of traffic and people from outside of Eorzea, whereas Gridania is isolationist (at lvl 1 you can't explore before going to the Adventurer's Guild because they 'don't let outsiders wander around their city'), and Limsa is full of pirates. I'd go to Ul'dah too.

Yes Gridania got 2 jobs but okay lets compare

Gridania: lets say gets 3 of the events, 2 new job unlock, and okay lets give grid also the deep dungeon it still less used lol and lets be kinda and count bard preformance unlock thats still far less than uldah even combined with limsa lol

Uldah: FF16 event: ff15event: ladys day: rdm,reaper,viper,sam, golden saucer, Vast majority of the msq is located through this zone, Varient dungeon,golden saucer, yo kai unlock, relic weapon start for arr,materia melding, unlock dying and glamor dresser 2 side dungeons thats required from gc promotions , Remebrace 10 year etc event located there as well. ALso the vast majority of hildy in arr is all within uldah lol
Limsa: (is also used about equal to uldah) Unlocks hair changer: sage, dancer jobs, Wolfs deen, and summer event .

how is it a streatch lol
