I realize folks are going to perhaps be upset by this post but please hear me out.

Reality is that people with a personal home are not "against" anyone; that said this cuts both ways.

Firstly to ensure that people are able to refresh their homes in time during DT (unless they plan to again suspend demo; which I hope they do not do).

Secondly it would be to entice players to move to places such as Dynamis and set down roots (those who own a personal home likely will not move to Dynamis - giving this perk would entice those with resources however to do so)

Finally I want to stress this is for "private" homes only; FC's with more then one member likely will have someone be online at some point to ensure the refresh happens with some measure of frequency.

I considered this based on the reality that many players are taking a break before DT; but when they come back..they might have trouble getting in and thus to their homes.
