Overall I feel that there is an obvious advantage to some weapons concerning their materia needs. It was bad planning to have requirements that have a vast % difference.
Supposedly for it to be a real relic it has to be like an XI relic, you know, even if SE already labeled them as relics and said that they will be up-gradable.
