Please keep in mind the depth of the other difficulties involved with this.

You need to beat both Ifrit Extreme and Garuda Hard in that order.
You need to be able to speed-run multiple instance raids under 17 minutes.

Those alone will be plenty of challenge and dangerous work for more than just your average player.
