    Guildhests rework

Besides savage and ultimates, the game has been getting easier and easier.
I (and I know many others), would like to see the game up the difficulty in dungeons and AR.

I believe Guildhests are the key to this.

Guildhests should be used to teach raid mechanics.
Use Guildhests to lift the bottom end players. Shrink the skill gap.

Increase the roulette xp earn, and rework all of them into raid mechanics from 50+.
    2 mechanics per.

This would allow Square to increase the overall difficulty.

Seeing guildhests be reworked could be fun, I'd be interested in playing them to see what changes were they to do that.
Would this extend to the hall of the novice? I haven't done it in awhile, but I believe it also helps to teach mechanics, though some might not really be up to date.

Hall of Novice should be for 1 - 49, while Guildhests should be specifically for raid mechanics.

    2 mechanics per Guildhests.
2 Guildhests per raid tier. (would equal out to 1 mechanic per raid taught)
    1 per Alliance Raid.

And just like the Hall of Novice. It's not a requirement. Most players haven't touched the Hall of Novice. But having it their is good. This rework will be the same.

Probably not a bad idea. Stick every "newly introduced" mechanic in that expansion into a guildhest that just lays it out in a single fight.

That said, nobody plays the guildhests because nobody queues for it, ever.

Nobody queues for it because we have absolutely zero reason to queue for it?
I don't understand why you'd even say that.

If guildhests were reworked, I would want them to be try to be more realistic. Like the Rathalos fight, so that the morbol fight is like the 1.0 trailer instead of... what it is now.

I would also like new ones added with interesting gimmicks based on the fights in the expansion trailers, like the job switching one in Shadowbringers

They could also make use of traditional final fantasy mechanics like a 20 second GCD speed so we can think more strategically about what buttons we press, since we don't get to press them very often. If a healer can't do anything for that duration of time, they would have to choose very carefully whether they spend their GCD on a heal or on an attack. While waiting, lots of intense mechanics could happen that need to be dodged.

They could also try to make fights like the way they did Diamond Weapon, with half the party on either side.

...but SE isn't going to do these things. Just thought I'd put it here anyway.
