Regarding Congestion During Dawntrail's Launch

No indication as to how long this will last. I have friends who raid with others on other DC's so I would hope that doesn't last longer that the introduction of Savage.

Good thing Savage gets unlocked with patch 7.05, which also happens to be the latest possible date for these restrictions to be lifted (as stated in the same article).

So I am correct, I cant visit my friend on a congested DC. We both have to move to one of the preferred DC's, while losing access to our retainers, fc buffs and so on?
What a bummer, really. This is not an ideal solution.

They were clear it would stop upon savage release at the latest.

I can confirm that the congestion significantly reduces by that time, so even if they had not confirmed this as the date the restrictions would be lifted, I would still expect them to be around that time.
