You are wasting their time not allowing them to learn and making them lie on the floor just for being new.

I actually genuinely feel like they learn by watching me in such a situation. They are usually pretty impressed by it as well.

It should always be a party agreement thing and never something one or two arrogant jerks force on the rest of the party.

I'm not a quitter, so it's on SE to make healers and DPS actually required for survival then.
