    MY solution for jobs and systems

    Hello everyone I am sharing my solutions and thoughts on how to fix every job, to make them not only fun but unique.

    Tanks:

    Warrior:
    This tank shouldn't be all i am a god, i can heal and survive forever its a berserker like a wild animal. How to make this work with a system is rather simple remove its over healing abilities and grant them to paladin (will go into that under paladin)

    The fix:
    A Rage system. Like a wild beast the more you are hurt the stronger and more fierce you get, allowing you to entire a primal primitive state.
    -how it works Whenever an enemy hits you it grants you an anger stack up to 10 once you reach 5 you can enter the state of rage decreasing dmg by 50% and increase power by 50% (numbers maybe 2 high but the point still there)

    Self sustaining: instead of this grant warriors tough as stone buffing, when an enemy attacks you take less damage however they take 5% of the damage they were going to do to you. In simple terms your muscle and fierceness causes your enemies to injure themself when attacking you, like breaking your hand when you punch something incorrectly.

    Paladin: A holy warrior or a knight sworn to upload w/e

    Problem: A. it's gone too far holy and b. It lacks a lot of what it should have.

    I think this system is fine, however it should really have all the self-sustaining warrior has the ability to spread it to a party member, in order to protect I believe it needs more shield actions in a general sense.

    Dark Knight: A warrior of darkness, choosing the path of what's right even if that means doing horrible things.

    What I believe is wrong with this job is for one its pet, and for two it lacks a lot of what it should have considered; it's basically a spell knight /runeblade.


    Instead of the pet I believe it would be way better to grant dark knight things such as Sealing traits/abilities and weapon spells such as Darkice Blade etc


    Or allow darkness to envelope you, it not really accepting your inner darkness if you just throw a shadow out, makes more sense for it to be a take over enveloping you with darkness.

    lore wise we can use elemental sword attacks by representation of our emotions during darkness mode

    water=sorrow fire= anger ice= the empty lol and the darkness and sword magic can be revolving around built up emotions

    During darkness evolp your sword attacks will act like an evil excalibur, sealing void magic into your blade and when you attack it acts fire,ice, water etc

    Healers:
    Global healer fix(applies to all) so they will always be superior at rez/healing
    First every healer's resurrection needs to be upgraded 1 time to one that grants full life full mp and no weakness penalty. There that fixed so healers rez will always be 1st to be used, and allows rdm/smn to keep rez just in case healer dies.
    Second: every heal they cast needs to grant a temp buff of either speed or defense that way their heals will be 1st to be used in all cases unless they are dead.
    3rd: all healer rezs get 50% reduced mana cost while smn and rdm gets 50% increase to mana cost.
    White Mage: in the story white mages and cnjs make agreements and use the elementals to assist in their casting this I feel has been lost hugely.

    Problem: spamming dps and not much healing in most things


    My fix to this, is similar to the other healers By returning Protect and shell to final fantasy xiv, make these 2 abilities only last 60 seconds on a user and make it so a white mage must think of what situation the fight is going in, for example “is this boss about to use a physical or magical attack on a player/character” if they are going to use physical cast protect on the player, if not shell if its magical. This would open a door to a game playstyle that would be highly engaging for white mage players.

    SCH:
    I love fairies and all that (more to exact Dark fairies) however I believe there are 3 things this job is missing that it should have.

    For one I believe phoenix should be given to sch as in final fantasy it has been an aoe heal and revive summon with only damage as an afterthought. Another thing with scholars I feel is missing is the knowledge factor to the jobs theme. I believe a solution to this is within the fights themself. Granting scholars a system of Analyzation on a boss or monster that can show what weakness or weak spots are better to hit could do wonders.

    Also grant scholars faith and bravery buffing, These two abilities will give scholars a way of maintaining a buff on players sharing the same time as protect and shell, these would only last 60 seconds so the player would have to apply them often, this will give them more to do outside dps and healing.

    AST:

    In my opinion AST IN stormblood was peak fun looking at the changes it seems a lot of that has returned, however the problem i have with dawntrail Ast is the following.

    1.RNG the lack of it is bad, it ruins the aspect of having cards to begin with having the range in stormblood made it fun when you drew your card you never knew what you were going to get, and that in my opinion made it extremely fun like playing a game of yughio. Like some days the heart of cards were with you and others they hated your guts, that was fun and enjoyable kept that job fresh every second of the day in stormblood.

    a strong aoe about to hit the party if so I will pop a spread bole on my team to make it do less to everyone.

    As for the ones above, i don't think ast needs a buffing since the cards give it a secondary thing to do, however i believe it could support the party with a debuffing on enemies

    slow/ dispel should be added to ast allowing us to slow down a bosses rotation or dispel a buff the boss or enemy has granted themself. This will grant them a use that can be rather great.



    Sage: is extremely fun honestly it has the whole doctor theme however I feel as if you need a few minor things to keep it up.


    First thing I would do to sage, is grant it more ways to help the party. I think its healing and shielding are fun and great personally, however I believe it should get a cd that spreads karada to the entire party, while giving them abilities to boost a party member's bars.


    The only thing i can think of for them is ‘injection prime a and injection prime b” these injections boost the gain of a party members utilities for example dark knight cage instead of getting 10 per attack you get 20 per attack combo instead, this can be extremely helpful to your teammates and work on any job in the game.

    A spread karadia could last like 1min but have a cooldown of 4mins and it stays on all party members allowing them to all heal by damage.

    Casters:

    Black Mage: honestly i really enjoy the explosions of this job after 60 its really fun my problem with it is just how after a while it gets old just spamming fire,blizzard foul etc

    My solution to this, is grant black mage more dots to maintain like old old summoner use to have maybe not bio and all that, but grant them abilities to burn,frostburn shock an enemy over time that they can maintenance, if an enemy is burning it could increase fire output damage, the same for the others.


    My other solution to black mage is instead of it being Umberal fire or umbrella ice only, we grant umbrella thunder as well to them, a 3 way rotation Fire for glass cannon mode, ice for mp regen and thunder for more dot damage rotation, each orb of thunder would grant black mages dots more time when placed and more overall damage.



    Summoner: Honestly I enjoy what endwalker did for summoners, it made them true summons but its problems are just how we still only have 3 +2 lol

    My solution: First Bahamut instead of having 2 just make the new one and lunar bahamut a glamor for it.

    Second: as i said phoenix goes to sch, instead grant summoners Alexander mode for the second one, (which can grant the lightness of sun bahamut in dawntrail )
