Please help me get in touch with real support

I have tried numerous times to get in touch with support and every time I get some garbage computer automated response "this is outside the scope of our support".

I had a plot of 8 Thav Onions. I was logged in the night before they were fine. The next morning they were fine (not glowing purple). I get home and log in later that afternoon and they were destroyed.

From what I understand you have 24 hours before they turn purple and another 24 hours before they become destroyed.

I want my Thav Onion seeds back or the grown Thav Onions. It took months of cross breeding to get those seeds. Additionally at the time on my server they were selling for 160,000 gil each.

I feel that I'm being punished for a bug on the server side. Can someone please point me to someone that can actually help?

Unfortunately, you will receive no official help for this.

You must have waited too long to tend to them and therefor, they Withered (they die before 24 hours have passed after they Wilt).
