Let's see.. aside from SMN, there's MCH with their Automaton Queen, DRK with Esteem..

Using your logic about Beastmaster, then MCH and DRK should lose their pets

I mean... Bahamut and Phoenix are as much pets as Queen and Esteem, your comparison doesn't really work.
