Sorry most likely all signs point to No. They only tend to open up new servers. So the only hope is if 100's to 1,000's of people jump ship from Mateaus and that's highly doubtful. Wish I had better news, but I've been around this block before.
Though now you have the data center and world transfer that lets you do about 95% of content so just have to live with being a visitor.
