World Server Transfer - Congested Server Notification?

my .02 says they may declare most of Aether, Primal, and Crystal congested to move people to the Dynamis DC in order to increase their populations. Didn't they just open 4 new worlds there? If I were SE, I would do that before bringing them up for Dawntrail EA. I would bank on being able to move to Mateus in 7.1 at the EARLIEST with more odds on 7.2 being when it opens for new ppl/server transfers.

Yep, this is the most likely outcome. Any large servers not currently set to congested will be on patch day, and any currently set as such will remain so for a while.

I don't necessarily think they'll label everything off of Dynamis as Congested.. but absolutely Mateus is at the top of the list to stay that way. There might be some worlds with low enough pops to avoid it. But I'd for sure expect at least half of every data center to be Congested.

Aether should absolutely get fully locked down considering how many people feel that they have to go there to do anything and push that wave of people back to their home world or to Dynamis.

Mateus is unlikely to be swapped off congested, I think it's one of the most popular servers on Crystal. Your best bet is just making a character on Crystal and visiting friends on the server.
