    Ps4 not saving UI seetings?

    Recently got my husband to play using our old Pld PS4. He's able to log in but everytime we do we have to change his UI and settings. Non of them are saving despite us pressing save.

    We apologize for any inconvenience experienced when trying to play Final Fantasy XIV. When you mention 'pressing save' are you referring to the 'Back Up Character Settings' feature within the game client? If not, please be sure to try and use the back up feature in order to save the in-game configurations on the system.
