GW2 does offer a limited selection of body types (which can be customized in the manner you described), although I think humans were the only ones with much diversity, iirc (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong lol). Ranged from thin, to soft, to beefy, with different diffuse maps to suggest tone.GW2 (I didn't play it much, but I distinctly remember it having unbounded magnets, so you could scale down to 1' tall to 10' tall and the limbs and such would stretch accordingly.) Yet nearly everything built using CryEngine and Unreal adheres to the same scale. So every female character looks exactly the same from the neck down. Every male character, same from the neck down.
