If the GPU has a factory overclock, XIV might not play well with it. You may need to slightly underclock it to get the game to behave.

You can download a program like MSI Afterburner that allows you to adjust clock speeds. Try lowering it by something like -100 and see if it stops the crashes. Don't go crazy changing any settings that you don't understand, but there should just be a slide bar for GPU Core Clock that you can adjust.

I've had this issue more than once over the years with XIV, and the most consistent cause of crashes (for me) was having an overclocked GPU. As soon as I change it, no more crashes.

    Solution

I'm still testing my game but I played yesterday 4 hours and I didn't have any problems.

I did several steps which may be helped for the others:

Open CMD command window by clicking on it right button of mouse and choose run as administrator

    Put command DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Then after reaching 100% put command sfc /scannow

    Reinstal the game

Also before I run game in mode WINDOWED FULL SCREEN, this time game runs in normal FULLSCREEN mode so do that.

it looks like solution for me (still testing the game). maybe someone will need that steps too so I'm sharing it with you

EDIT: Game is working still okay, problem solved.

    Sorry for my English^^
