The blue Mamool Ja (Captain of the Guard?) becomes leader as he is well liked and not a member of the royal family. Hard to say for certain since I believe we still know little about the Eldest brother and the "warlike" brother we are trying to stop.

As for the Enigmatic Girl, My belief is she is inside the "City of Gold" chamber/vault door and is either the lone survivor or perhaps the only one up and about while all of her people are in a suspended animation/time stopped. Upon release they all become the antagonists with her as the big bad leader.

My pre-expansion theory is that it’ll end up being Koana getting the throne because he’s actually competent and also has the support of the more mature members of the Scions: Thancred and Urianger.

If the trailer and media tour information is anything to go by, we and Wuk Lamat will end up getting into crazy adventures while at the same time interfering in and getting interfered with by the other two Mamool Ja claimants while Kiana is off doing his own thing away from the distractions of everyone else. Wuk Lamat certainly has spirit but it takes more than that to rule an empire and she and the other 2 will end up serving under Koana.
