A very simple solution is to simply add a pronoun option to each body type. I think adding a She/He/They to both bodies would at the very least give more options. I don't think it's feasible to add in more body types at this stage, I mean, they haven't even finished Viera/Hrothgars yet.

It's not just a matter of assigning pronouns though; you also have to adjust what the game does with them, and as previously discussed that would be a huge undertaking.

Plus, it would at minimum require a new piece of information to be stored about the character, which they don't seem to be able to add freely. Right now any gender-variable dialogue just needs to check which character model you're using.
