Yeah, I've noticed that a few times too. It even happens when the NPC has a known surname, so can be easily addressed by it if needed.Not exactly the same problem but related, I've brought the issue of Sir Surname up on the Localization Forum a few times. It's especially jarring to be referred to as Sir Surname or Master Surname when in the same breath that NPC refers to another NPC as Master Forename or Lady Forename.
