Character Creation, Customization, and Gender

I think it was Cyberpunk 2077, and maybe some other games where body features, and gender were separate options. It would be nice if it were like that in xiv.

This would be a dream if I could decide whether the NPC's refers to me as a "he" or "she". Some of my oc's would really need it~
