I really don't think they should keep adding more jobs to be honest.
Compared to other tab target MMOs XIV has so many jobs that cover the same roles that eventually it'll become impossible to be original and impossible to be decently balanced without hemoginisation.

To be honest they should add no class in the next expansion and solely focus on the class identity and design of what already is there.
The foundation must be solid to add on it further.
