    Hi Everyone.

    Before i say anything here is a collection of our current ticket numbers just so they are in one place:

    Currently square asked me if i can try mobile data to see if it works. While it worked yesterday today its still lagging and also having the previously mentioned launcher issue as well.

    I asked them to look at this thread for further information and also provided the ticket numbers that have been provided here too. Lets hope we make some progress.


    Here's to manifesting this resolves before Dawntrail so we all could enjoy the new expansion!

    Hey Everyone,

    This is the latest response i got from square. Anyone reading this please do traceroutes and ping tests and send it to the below link. The more we send the best response we might get:

    "If your hardware is working fine and your ISP has advised there are no issues with your connection, then please go to this page https://support.eu.square-enix.com/c...383&la=2&fty=2 and scroll to the bottom to submit your report under "Providing information on Packet Loss and Lag".

    Although we won't be able to follow up with a direct response, please rest assured that the issue will be highlighted to the relevant team for their review."

    The page has also a link to the page where they detail how you can perform these tests yourself in case you need assistance with that.
