You've failed to engage with the central point of my post which is...we already have 3 other healers that don't have RNG in them. Astro was the only one that had quick moment-to-moment decision making baked into its rotation. Players who enjoyed that in ANY of the previous 3 iterations of Astro now have nowhere to go.
