Hello, I'm not sure if I've understood your problem correctly since English is not my first language, have you tried putting your elezen's racial gear on your viera? If so, it's not working. You need to buy the racial gear from Maisenta New Gridania (X:11.5 Y:11.2) and make sure you're buying the right gear for your gender and race. Hope it helps!

It is a strange bug i have fantasy on alts to another race but seen this. Have you try buying the racial gear again? if u are using glamour dressing and not updated it will have the Elezen racial gear and not viera gear

If you are sure you are using the specific gear for female (!) Viera and it doesn't work, maybe open a bug report in the bug section. You should be able to equip the gear of your race and gender after Fantasia. (You just have to get it yourself from a trader, you don't get it automatically.)

Just a question - after going from Elezen to Viera did you go to the vendor and purchase the Viera race-specific gear?

I did go to the vendor in Gridania for the gear as it wasnt given to me after the fantasia (I thought maybe it would switch the elezen for vierra)

so yeah I was a dumbass,, I was buying the male Vierra gear not the female, but to justify me being so dumb I will say it didnt say the armor. was male or female........thank you all for the help anyway
