Unfortunately, though it's a response you don't want, it's the response you'll get.

From what I've gathered, it's against the rules to be critical of another player's performance unless prompted for feedback. While you won't be automodded for it, the recipient can report you, and your account can be actioned for it.

This is Square's stance on the topic, and it is unlikely to change.
