    Cannot send/receive tells if from new Dynamis worlds, flagged as VOYAGER

    If you are from the new worlds on Dynamis, you cannot send or receive tells travelling to other DC's. You are flagged as a Voyager. The other DC's do not recognize the new worlds. The only want to talk to someone is to party with them.

    The new Dynamis worlds have you flagged as VOYAGER when you go to any DC, not Wanderer or Traveler.

    Looks like SE just sorta forgot then. I'm sure this should be easy for them to fix for 7.0 or shortly thereafter.
