New races/sub races

Hi,
I know theyve said before they dont have plans to add anymore races but i feel like we are missing a few varieties in characters. I feel like we need a male shorter than hyur/miqos but taller than lalafells (maybe female au ra height) and maybe a bigger model like dulia-chai aswell. I feel like either genomes as a new race would fit great into the game for shorter males or make new sub races for existing races (alphinaud sized elzen, dulia-chai sized miqos , the feol for viera) would give alot more variety in character selection and creation and would make them alot of money with fantasias

Give us new variants as FFXI races ; with the DT raid 24 they are going to have to make at least one galka ; they can't just put a roe and cal it a day...
then for the "new race", just put a twist on the : au ra with inverted dimorphism and lala sized viera/hrothgar (yes, that's just loporit and felyne XD )

They could add the Lilty from Crystal Chronicles. They have the same proportions as Lalafell, just copypaste all the gear over.

There was another thread about this going around after Yoshi P basically said they were done with new races, unless there was overwhelming demand for them…

And as I said there, I definitely agree… I’d prefer to see more clans added to the existing races before we get totally new ones. I’d like to see a shorter, more delicate Elezen. I’d like to see more burly, mature looking dwarves as a Lalafell sub-race. Those are my two big wants. Not sure what other clans people want to see… maybe additional Hrothgar clans could have different fur patterns. I know some Viera players would like to have more than the 2 ear shapes they currently have.

I’d also like to see half races, which imo could be easily done by adding ear/tail options across the board… want a half-Elezen like Hilda? Put Elezen ears as an option on the Hyur character creation. Half-Miqote? You can add cat ears and a tail! If your race already comes with those, you can choose which to use. It would let us have half races without having to change the body models needed for gear fitting. Just choose your base race for body style, then add the extras.

Yea theres so many options instead of whole new races. The feol for viera would be amazing. Shorter cuter bunnies.
