Finished the quest Paladin's Pledge and returned to Ul'dah to hand in the quest. Went up the flight of stairs that the NPC W'nhalki is near and turned left to run to the NPC Jenlyns and fell through the floor and landed near the NPC Kopuru Fupuru. Tried to recreate the incident but my game crashed when running up the stairs.
