Difficulty with DoH leves

Lvl 35 GSM coming to get a lvl 40 leve, "No leves are available"
Why does it do this?
Sometimes when it DOES have leves for me, it has 4 and sometimes it has only 2... What gives leves?

I think level 40 leves don't show up till 38.

The way DoH leves are issued has been a complaint since launch. Seems it won't be touched till 2.0.

Well, i just got (only 2) after turning in 1 Armorer leve...

I'm not sure exactly how it works but you get leves 5 leves above your current level.

Along with that, finishing a leve refreshes what is available. Leves on the desk however don't seem to stack so as quickly as they become available they can also vanish!

Just do another craft and that'll refresh your leve counter

Yeh, sometimes i get 4 leves, finish them, and then continue getting 2 for ever.

Yup its like that with all leves. I grined GSM like that and now currently doing WVR and sometimes I get 1 sometimes I get 3.

Even then its the odd time I get the L50 one. Rest are 40s mainly with some 45s thrown in.

I would rotate through the cities when one would stop offering me the leve level I was hoping for and I didn't have any leves I felt like doing for a reshuffle. It was nice to get a change of scenery, and different reward materials too.

Leves share the same name throughout a lot of the levels and can only be offered at one level at a time. For example, A scarcity of scepters can be in the 20-35 range or the 40-50 range. If its not the level you want, you can either do the lower one or wait for it to reset naturally.
