    Crashing consistently after tabbing out

I've always had occasional crashes for this game, but the game would be fine after restarting or a quick PC restart. For example, my last crash was 2 weeks ago while tabbing out during a cutscene.

Today my PC turned off from a power outage and since then, my FFXIV will crash within a minute of being tabbed out. I've verified the files, restored the game files, ran an sfc /scannow on my command prompt, none of it found any problems. I'm looking for any help that can help me get back to my crashes simply being random, intermittent crashes without much affect on my gameplay, because as they are now I can't even really play lol.

    the error is:
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+15FA018
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+15FC60E
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+15FF0D5
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+4BDBDC
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+1C05E2
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+16CFD99
    KERNEL32.DLL+17344
    ntdll.dll+526B1

edit: just crashed 3 times within 5 minutes of a leveling dungeon so now it's starting to affect me even without tabbing out.

    Greetings SoapWasTaken,

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced when trying to play Final Fantasy XIV. Using the provided information, we would like to suggest that you try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated. (Please ensure that optional items are also installed) and we would also suggest running the repair feature to ensure none of the system files/optional files got damaged or corrupted due to the power outage.
    - Ensure that the GPU drivers are fully updated (we would also suggest a clean re-install to ensure no files are corrupted)
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Then be sure to disable everything.
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - If you have not yet tried re-installing the game yet, we would suggest doing so if none of the steps above resolve the issue. Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (Having the game installed on a different drive can sometimes lead to issues)

If you do not see an improvement, please feel free to respond to this thread for further troubleshooting.

We would also like to request for a system report if possible. This can be generated by opening the launcher and going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display and then copy and paste all the details into a response here.
