A plea for RNG and proc based gameplay

After the release of job changes in the media tour, it becomes obvious to me that the devs just hate RNG and proc gameplay.

If the devs hated RNG they wouldn't have added it to begin with. Removing RNG is a reaction to the community complaining about it any time it pops up.
