    on this point we definitely agree, my only concern is that this game will devolve to a place where a class is only viable via luck, as many other games have done previously, there needs to be a balance.

    Personally i'd rather they design around fun rather than the parsing side of things, but there's always RNG protection if a class became too rng dependant

    As I have noticed over 3 expansions some just doesn't like RNG as a concept, especially the raiders (See SB AST). No one wants to play with luck. The only possible and consistent RNG comes from landing critical hits. I wouldn't be too surprised if someone figured out how to be rid of that as well. That's not the type of gameplay that they want.

    It would be nice to have that back for a few classes. However, I just don't see that happening since whoever wanted it gone in the first place will fight to keep it that way.

    I don't think every job should have a proc, but I do think every role should have reactive (whether proc or rng based) gameplay options. so +1 on there.
    We still have rdm, brd, mnk, and dnc. I could see maybe adding something to rpr, drk, war, and some back into ast and blm.

    MNK already has RNG in it's Chakra system and I don't think it needs more.

    Please, no.

    Add new jobs with RNG systems as much as you want, but don't force it on the jobs that actually has none.

    Not everyone like that. I'd really hate having to wait for procs on RPR.
