Hello. As there is no proper feedback place for new character creation for Dawntrail, I am using the Bug Report feature to give suggestion on the new look for Male Highlander Face 2. My suggestion still stand the same according to forum post in "Updated Benchmark" post at General Discussion.
Suggestion will be divided into 3 face area: 1.) Eyebrows, 2.) Nose, and 3.) Cheeks
1.) Eyebrows

In comparison to Endwalker, the Dawntrail version shows stronger highlight on eyebrows ridge, harsher dividing line, and area between eyebrows has less shadow. These give very strong "frowning" impression on the character on newer version of the game. Please consider smoothen the harsh ridge, less highlight on eyebrows ridge, and deepen the shadow on the area between eyebrows to match more the original version of the game.
Also there is visible gap between Facepaint 26 Eyebrows to the actual eyebrows line on Dawntrail version. Please consider revert and close the gap between.
For clarity, below are the pictures with marker that show my perception:
2.) Nose
In comparison to Endwalker, the Dawntrail version shows less curvature on the nose bridge and more prominent nose ala/nostril. These give impression, that the noses between two versions are different. Please consider giving back the curvature to the nose bridge and lessen the definition of nose ala/nostril.
For clarity, below are the pictures with marker that show my perception:
3.) Cheeks
Endwalker version shows continuous shadow between cheekbone to the nose, meanwhile Dawntrail version shows complete break between cheekbone to the nose. The newer version gives a more fuller cheek impression, which is different than the original version which gives a more prominent cheekbone. Please consider revert this decision and giving back the shadow/contour similar to Endwalker version.

To close, I appreciate the effort that the team is bringing to improve the graphic quality of the game. As these small little changes are beautiful on its own, however together in a face giving an older impression of the face, while former version of the game gave a youthful look. Eyebrows ridge is the main problem in my opinion, especially on Lodestone it is very visible that my character looks like having highlighter on his eyebrows ridge.
Thank you for your support.
