The end of healers : you can (not) esuna

I cannot help but wonder, with the buffing of all the tank roles rampart, and ofc the 40% mits, the buffing of second wind, the AOE heals and the complete OBSOLETION of healers in dt... are we moving towards a game where healers just aren't a thing anymore? at least not the conventional ones we currently know.

would you be in favour of a pvp style job system - dps healers, healer tanks and healer dps . or is it simply time to move away from the holy trinity entirely or have the devs finally gone to far? will you be playing healer in normal content? or is it time to make 3dps + 1 tank dungeons the meta.
