    Lost Onion Helmet (Restoration Request)

    Hello,
    I'm a CE owner.
    My Onion Helmet was sold or dropped accidentally back on the old server of Besaid.
    I have heard from other posts about items being restored.
    Could i get my Onion Helmet restored to my character?
    The Collectors Edition Code for the Onion Helmet connected to my account should prove that I should have one.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've accidentally dropped the bonus item you received with the Collector's Edition. In order to have this item restored, you will need to contact the support center for further assistance. There they will need to verify that you have the code registered to your account, and then let the GMs know that we can restore your item for you.
