2 hour+ wait time on Casual CC/Frontline PvP on Dynamis

This is a pretty serious issue for this data center, que times for this is a bit ridiculous compared to the 5-10 min ones on other DCs

Actually it isn't. Queue times for regular content is through the roof if you're not doing it through party finder. Outside of being in a linkshell queue syncing casual CC is basically dead. That should tell you all that you need to know.
