I would disagree with the classification of whining, I would however point out that you forgot category number 3 - accounts that some how just got created, or have almost no posts, but somehow found this thread important enough to post in. Although they typically can't be bothered to add anything meaningful.

If you intend on threatening us, please try harder. That is one of the blandest threats for "not getting good" I have ever seen. We having nothing to lose at this point.
Here's a thought: Maybe you get a lot of inexperienced healers because a lot of the experienced healers left from how the devs keep stripping its agency? Maybe less and less experienced people play it because when they get good they are rewarded with healing less and spamming 1 button? Taking away the DoT will only make more people leave and thus making the problems much worse. Or maybe barely anything changes because as it is 1 1 1 1 1 spam would still be a thing. When you have a role with no responsibility and nothing to do you get players who queue for the instant queue and to try getting off of doing very few things scot free.
Tanks will have twice the self-healing and mitigation options as well.

I'm not sure if people realise that if you design for the worst, you end up having the worst.
So further simplifying healers would just end up with worse healer players. Not that some that we see right now aren't already pretty bad.
This is why I am a fan of specs. Yes meta driven players that chase the world first clears or use speed run strats would go with the meta spec. For everyone else they would be free to play the spec they enjoy most and the devs could add different play styles for each spec and even have differing difficulties associated with each spec.
Sadly this never really happens in reality. Yes, I am still salty over smn changes and I do miss old cleric stance.

Astro is in a great spot overall right now, I have been enjoying my time with it. I do miss the old cards but that is a different topic.
