but i have instances where healers go into dungeons not knowing what to do as a healer and extending the 30 min dungeon to 45 mins because we have to accommodate their lack of knowing their role, this healer strike is going to end up the same way the last healer/tank strike from stormblood ended...pointless we need to use our words and tell the devs as the community what we want...because every time we ask for something (like wanting healers to be less stressful) we get these post where healers are mad their inferiority complex isnt recognized...ive been in runs where healers was legit drunk to a dungeon barely healing the tank but forcing the tank to do giant pulls and slow down the overall combat for their amusement...healers shouldn't be ridgit...no other role in the game really is...even tanks.
