AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
There are a few trash blobs which are awkward, where the first group will start casting (and stop following the tank); in those cases, I find that I'll E. Dosis the first half and then just Icarus to the tank and E. Dyskrasia the rest in one go. At that point, the original group generally finally lumbers over to join us, and I can shift into normal Dyskrasia spam at that point once the target-rich environment is fully assembled.I am curious to hear from Sage players, who aren't striking, whether Eukrasian Dyskrasia is even used often. I would assume trash shouldn't live that long for it to be better than Dyskrasia spam; and at the same time, if the tank is doing a wall-to-wall pull, I'd expect you'd have time to dot all trash with Eukrasian Dosis while running? Is it just a niche spell, worthy of using a GCD on it?
(In particular I'm thinking of the first pull in Origenics, where the two cyclops can be Extremely Slow to come join the party by the time a group has generally booked it on ahead to the second blob.)
It's also kind of useful when you get a second group of enemies who spawn in where you're already standing; dropping E. Dyskrasia on them in one hit and then moving straight to normal AoE isn't the worst option.
So I don't actually hate the addition of it; it's not the worst option to have in places. But for like... 85% of trash pulls, yeah, I've got time to E. Dosis all the mobs individually while we're on the move.
I aim to make my posts engaging and entertaining, even when you might not agree with me. And failing that, I'll just be very, VERY wordy.Originally Posted by Packetdancer

Being a butt? Pathetic? We decide to simply not play a role and when people like you come with weird ammo against us, we are “being a butt”? Hey I’m glad you are enjoying healing, I too was like you, kinda, maybe when you’ve experienced more healing you can see it from my eyes how I feel about healing on this game. But since you came into this thread insulting us right away I’m not sure you’ll even try to do that much.
So, based on your statement, the fact that you are posting in this thread and the fact that there is no constructive criticism in your post, are you calling yourself a "massive crybaby whinning"? And if yes, why? Thanks for the free bump, I guess?...
Honestly, it started as a joke, but after going through the JP forums (with Google Translate, which was a headache on its own, but that's a different story) on the topic of the healer strike and having in mind that's the player base the Devs listen to, healers will likely remain the job to "take a break, turn your brain off". So it actually might make sense, nobody's getting any younger and hand cramps are not to be underestimated!
Honestly, I was assuming what you are saying as well, once the stack of the DoTs was removed it just became such a niche spell... to be fair, its a long thread, they have likely only read the last page... if that.
so, really, these days it is what I would expect. happy they are 'enjoying ast' but they are only 70, so never really played it before. they likely have no idea what was lost.

The problem is that healer vets will really enjoy the role again but every healer derper will not be able to clear the fights. And we can’t have that. As SE told us already.
Like again I was late night bored and did ex 2 and 2 times in a row my cohealers were Whm who both did sup 6k dmg and healed less then me even after slamming the medica 3 button after every single aoe. These people will never clear harder heal checks and are mostly here for the free carries. Like one of them had 57 kills on ex 2 and the highest he parsed was a 2 and not even a 99 in healing.
Like I really had to bite my tongue and not call them bots. I let us wipe once on conga line because i thought these people would medica spam after I did sage shields and did panhaima holos and kercha and then we wiped on the last stack were 6 people were in and I was close to getting into GM jail the next day.
Also I’m on Handy and here is 1 of the logs without name and I’m the sage. Pls tell me how something like this is ok for the love of god. https://www.fflogs.com/reports/a:cmC...4yYnQ9#fight=4
And here is the other player that did minimal more dmg and healing. And this isn’t a rare thing getting these absolute derps as co healer. Like the role attract free carry mental people https://www.fflogs.com/reports/a:cmC...4yYnQ9#fight=3
Edit: Im on pc now but i posted the same player first twice because they are both almost identical bad that i really thought it was the other person. Here is the real other WHM co healer.
