The bar is so low there's literally endless possibilities to raise it, they just have to admit digging a hole to lower the bar in is having a toxic effect on the game

Time to become RPer I guess lmao.
I'm hoping for the upcoming Field Content in coming 7.25 (or 7.3) to get any semblance of fun with this garbage of a role. Creative Business Unit 3? More like Creatively Bankrupt Unit 3. Never change.
"Outside obvious jokes/sarcasm, I aim to convey my words to the future readers who may come across mine posts. Can I change -your- mind, somehow? Potentially... but that's not why I'm writing. You and I have wrote our piece(s). We don't necessarily need to change each other's mind. But we can change other's."
Like I understand it through the devs perspective, prolly thought having to press 2 button to dot every enemy for sge could be deemed annoying, but still a bummer. Really had 0 expectations for any healer changes beyond potency fiddling by launch though, that being said any jank potency really tells the devs just do not play test these jobs throughly enough.
I disagree. Having a gameplay loop of optimizing your healing is even more important on healers. DPS and tank jobs, though already pretty braindead, already have a core gameplay loop.
If healing is just super free where is the depth of the healer role?
I think you need to go learn reading comprehension again, everything I've said is an objective fact.I've said this a lot before - trying to masquerade opinions as if they're facts is what destroys credibility. Add in the last sentence for the classic "let me just be condescending and insult anyone who disagrees with me," and this could be the poster child for why "feedback" from those pushing the strike is ultimately discounted.
Stormblood was already accessible, current game barely has skill expression, jobs have only one correct way to play. These are all indisputable facts.
Also, the fact that you think the last line is insulting is very much a self-report. Notice how I said "people who benefit from this", not "people who enjoy this".
Im not going to read this 527 page thread. But I'll say this. As somebody who has mained white mage every expansion. That ain't changing here. But im also going to say almost every dungeon has been doable without a healer. When you got 3 dpses you kill stuff faster. And Dungeons aren't long fights for there bosses. And 3 dpses that know there rotation well can skip alot of mechanics. Imagine striking over a dungeon the most casual of casual content
Pretty Much, and to be honest this is partially why I believe this strike isn't going to help at all.I've said this a lot before - trying to masquerade opinions as if they're facts is what destroys credibility. Add in the last sentence for the classic "let me just be condescending and insult anyone who disagrees with me," and this could be the poster child for why "feedback" from those pushing the strike is ultimately discounted.
1 - It's clearly obvious the devs wants to section out a particular part of the game for it's high level of difficulty. While having the game at it's core accessible for as many people as possible. That's clearly a mission statement and would not change any more than WoW diverging from it's core dynamics.
2 - This toxic behavior is constantly seen from the "get gud" who demands higher levels of difficulty for their enjoyment while demeaning those who enjoy a more casual experience.
3 - The changes reflected here would apply to all 3 categories (European, American, and Japanese.) Unless this feedback was given from the three different locations, there's no way they're going to adjust the content to fit a small vocal minority in one demographic location.
4 - Forums in general are mostly a place where people go to criticize content. If the feedback was as massive as some give credence too, we would be seeing these changes with dawntrails. Instead, we see the opposite with even more damage migitation given to tanks. This clearly gives the impression that there is more feedback being given that tanks are too squishy and need more self protection.
Yap yap yap, alot of yall cant even use the current healer toolkit properly and you want to add complexity to it !? I promise you if they add more difficulty yall will come back here crying like always. Been here done that. You asked for less dps buttons btw! Quick, how many of you cleared savage ?

I think a dictionary might be more useful, as what you are claiming an "objective fact" is really a "subjective opinion" (aka the complete opposite). Deciding when something is sufficiently "accessible" for an entire playerbase of over 1 million people is an opinion, not a fact. That is the only thing "indisputable" here. Well, I guess the other things in the same sentence you claimed as "indisputable facts" also similarly being nothing but personal opinions would apply as well. Learn the meaning of a fact vs. an opinion, and you'll get taken more seriously. Or, continue to spout nonsense, and then wonder why the dev team continues ignoring you. *Shrugs* Either way, I'll be happy playing my healer while you continue tilting at windmills.I think you need to go learn reading comprehension again, everything I've said is an objective fact.
