Considering how my usual queues go even in Endwalker, they won't even get faster queues. You can't get much faster than instant.

Some of the people who claim they love the game and want to see it grow are also the very same people who mock and laugh at unhappy people and tell them to unsub.

These people are not meant to be understood, they're meant to be avoided.

Since you're leading this effort, you may wish to encourage supporters to treat curious readers of this thread with kindness.

That would engender more additional supporters than rude responses would.

Of course, I implore that everyone treats each other respectfully. While I have kept a close eye on this thread, it has grown to where I can miss some comments or less than amicable exchanges between posters. For the most part, though, the majority of the hostility I see has come from naysayers who have nothing better to do other than troll, ridicule, and mock the playerbase's healer mains, or those who support them. We're made of sterner stuff, though. We would need to be to still be here.

I would encourage OP to edit the first post and provide the healer issues, as someone pointed out in r/ffxivdiuscission, to quote:

I respect the effort. I doubt it will do anything in game, BUT it can gain a lot of traction through social media to the point where big content creators talk about it, leading to SE having less excuses ignoring it.

The main problem I see with the forum post is that it needs to have explanations for why healer mains are upset, what change they want to see, etc. There was another “summary of healer problems” thread I saw on the forums, they should have a link to that in the OP.

I am staying healer cause I run mainly DF and unless you joining with a pre-made group. You are asking fate to not screw you group wise and party you with bad or lazy players. People still die in DF despite how OP healing has become and how easy some dungeons and raids are. I have seen fully savage geared tanks play like trash one moment and boss mode the moment they realize the group cant carry them. Seen omni 90's die too the most obivious and avoidable mechanics cause they didnt care or expected a healer to save them from their own ignorance. I am bored with Healers but lets not kid ourselves more healing wont fix laziness and stupidity. Honestly sounds like that what the devs are trying to do is fix those two things with more healing which is the wrong approach. I want more challenge as a healer I want too heal more often. Hope this effort gets the devs attention but I think most people are smart enough too know, that not every player is good enough to run dungeons and raids with no healer present.

That's the sad truth of the state of the game. The game is so simple and barebones now but some people still manage to fail at achieving basic functionality. It doesn't matter how much healing they stuff into our kits, there will always be that healer that only uses 10% of their kit, and not even effectively.

We can all look at the tanks and see that they have a lot of healing. But even though WAR is stupidly broken in dungeons, it does still require the player to press those buttons and not waste cooldowns. I've seen my fair share of WARs dying in expert dungeons because they do things like stacking multiple cooldowns with Bloodwhetting and then having nothing left after that.

Say what you want about WoW , Gw2 , swtor but they have classes defined by the roles they want to achieve , not so much gw2 tho , but here...is like they want to delete the healer class slowly , as a GNB/SAM main i support the movement

The difference in GW2 that even if you go support, you have more than 1 button to spam to both dps and support your party, which causes it to be very dynamic and fun to play.
