(To be fair I think those ideas get lost very quickly since this thread has already passed 450 pages. So perhaps giving your example can still be helpful for newer readers.)
"I agree with the strike but it's poorly thought out because...wah wah wah".
"The entire point of the game is to be boring outside a tiny % of content.""
"I'm going to type up my thoughts without actually reading anything in the thread."
- average critic response
I get that it is tiring to see the same criticism over and over again, I really do, but can we please have some patience to people that are new to the thread. Yes, the person you're replying to was being rather short, but expecting someone to read the last 400 pages isn't realistic. Tone of criticism is just as important as the criticism itself and it can be hard to support the movement if you don't agree with the behavior you are seeing. I myself am in this camp and that's with me being a very dissatisfied healer main.

Healers don't even need a DPS rotation they just need stuff to manage with DPS.
For example with scholar you could just
Broil
Biolysis
Miasma (replace art of war and is also plus on single target)
Casting Dot (replace ruin 2)
Energy drain becomes fester
Deployment tactics can spread dots
This isn't adding any new buttons it's just making the DPS more interesting. Just having any form of management or engagement fixes the dps situation you can do with with all healers.

I don’t even get why critics are so heated over people organizing to not play healers in dawntrail. Are they just dps mains who are mad that queue times are gonna go up because healers are tired of consuming Yoshi p’s slop for the third expansion in a row?
No. When I was new to the thread I actually read the OP and understood what was going on instead of skipping to walls of text histrionics proudly declaring I have no idea what everyone's talking about.
If I've misrepresented the goals of the healer strike, then I'm going to say they were poorly presented by this thread to begin with. I read over the initial post multiple times over the span of a few days to ensure I understood it as well as it could be understood as was written. I'd ask nicely to be filled in on whatever I've seemingly missed despite several re-reads, but these are apparently points that have already been explained, and I'm unlikely to budge on the things I think are hard "no"s anyway. Which is most of it, aside from the homogenization issues and the desire for more damage buttons, so a recap would waste both of our times as opposed to me just willingly wasting my own with making my original post.
Not that any of it matters since the whole thing will be buried in an hour anyway, which I should have considered in hindsight before even putting my fingers on the keyboard. Oh well. Can't esuna recklessness, can we? :')

Well outside of 3 trials they can solo everything else so it’s not like they’re screwed cause of the strike lol I play one of each class, Endwalker a friend of mine healed all new content where as I tanked it.. now we’re flipping and it doesn’t bother me if I get quicker queues for a bit.
i'm....i'm sorry? have you ever tried running coils savage with only original classes?....what about that is midcore?
You've been farming from free range funky carrots there bud. put them down.
