Yes but as you said it's the same and even longer for tanks, and there is no "Tank strike" is there? as far as my memory serves solo dps queue was always insane, I used to play other games in the background for 30m + until a dungeon popped, granted, I did not level a lot of dps over the years, but that is my experience with it at least.
